The Paperback is Out, Without Really Being “Out”

So my paperback is available even though the pub date is not technically until March 23. It’s available on Amazon. I’ve heard reports of sighting at Barnes and Noble and other local bookstores. Most startling still was my editor emailed me last week and told me it had hit the San Francisco Bay Area best seller list at #10, two weeks before it was “out?”. (A Martha Stewart bump?)
