Ebay is not the most obvious place to do a Chinese restaurant transaction.\u00c2\u00a0But why not? Weirder things have been advertised on Ebay.\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u00c2\u00a0Since the Ebay description will expire soon within a month. Here is the full\u00c2\u00a0text of the ad.<\/p>\n

“Been in business si<\/span>nce 1993. Remodeled in 2004 4900 sq. feet restaurant, steady business, excellent location.Currently a Chinese buffet. Rent is $5415.00 ($13.50 per sq ft) plus CAM, Property Tax and Insurance.
\nThe property owner pays water bills and grease trap. For convenience, there is a small dumpster, w\/ trash pick-up 2x a week. Utility (Elec. & Gas) runs an average of $2800.00 per month.
