I checked Amazon today and was surprised to see that my book is already in stock<\/a> though launch day is not for another two weeks. (But don’t buy it yet. It’s better if everyone buys in the same week). Even more surprising, I already have a five star rating (which with one review<\/a>, means I average at — for now –\u00c2\u00a0 five stars.) And it’s not even like a friend of mine that I coerced, just a man who hasn’t even read the book yet. Rather he\u00c2\u00a0 saw the excerpt in Readers’ Digest. (Which makes me wonder: Are you allowed to review a book if you haven’t read it?)<\/p>\n

I read an excerpt from this book in the March 2008 issue of Reader’s Digest. It really makes you ponder our foods and their influence in our lives.<\/p>\n
