Donate $88 to the workshop at\u00c2\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/aaww.org\/donate\">aaww.org\/donate<\/a> and forward the receipt to jenny[at]jennifer8lee[dot]com with a note if you are vegetarian or have other dietary restrictions.<\/p>\n<p>***<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;m doing a walking tour of New York City Chinatown street food as part of the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.kickstarter.com\/projects\/1104085200\/page-turner-asian-american-literary-festival\">Kickstarter fundraiser for the Asian American Writers Workshop last fall<\/a>. It\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s a ~2.5 hour tour that includes (depending on availability) <a href=\"http:\/\/xianfoods.com\">Xi\u00e2\u20ac\u2122an Famous Foods<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.chinatownicecreamfactory.com\/\">Chinatown Ice Cream Factory<\/a>, Xinjiang skewers, banh mi, pulled noodles and more. It&#8217;s <a href=\"http:\/\/aaww.org\/donate\">an $88 donation to the workshop<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Must be willing to share portions. Please wear comfortable shoes. Meet Saturday, April 2 at 2 p.m. in front of the Chinatown&#8217;s <a href=\"http:\/\/mocanyc.org\">Museum of Chinese in America<\/a> at 215 Centre Street. There is also possibility of adding April 3 if there is enough demand.
