It&#8217;s a lawsuit that reads like it&#8217;s written by a PR person, not a lawyer, which means it&#8217;s a good read.<\/p>\n<p>Basically Mr. Chow accuses a busboy, last-named Chau, of conspiring with Stratis Morfogen, and changing his last name in 2005 and opening Phillipe Chow, claiming that he was the executive chef Chow behind Mr. Chow.<\/p>\n<p>Phillipe Chow <a href=\"http:\/\/nymag.com\/daily\/food\/2009\/07\/philippe_to_mr_chow_yeah_i_cha.html\">fires back that he changed his name in 1977<\/a> when he arrived from Hong Kong.
